EUDR · COFFEE AND COCOA

The EUDR file for your shipment, ready for your European buyer.

LOSKI Trace checks every farm against satellite imagery from the EU Copernicus programme and brings the lots of each shipment together in a single file, in the format TRACES requires.

APPLICATION DATE
30 December 2026

From that date, medium and large operators in the European Union must submit a Due Diligence Statement (DDS) for every import of coffee or cocoa. For micro and small enterprises the date is 30 June 2027.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps, with the data you already have.

1

Register the farms

Upload producers and farms with their location, in the format you already use: GPS, GeoJSON or Excel. Up to 4 hectares a single point is enough; larger farms are registered with their boundary.

2

Satellite check of every farm

The platform checks each plot against Sentinel-2 imagery from the Copernicus programme and compares it with forest cover as of 31 December 2020.

3

One file per shipment

The exporter states which lots go in the container and receives a single file, ready to hand to the buyer, who submits the DDS in TRACES.

WHAT THE BUYER RECEIVES

The evidence the importer needs, in one place.

LOSKI Trace provides the evidence and the consolidated file. The risk assessment and the submission of the DDS remain with the European importer.

Satellite result per plot
Forest cover in 2020, events detected since then and the confidence level of each result.
File in TRACES format
The GeoJSON with the production locations, following the official specification of the EU system.
Consolidated per container
All the lots of the shipment in a single file, the same for every buyer.
Public link
The buyer opens the file with a link, without creating an account.
VALIDATION

Reviewed with the two European institutions that matter.

Copernicus
The European Union's Earth observation programme

Our satellite verification methodology was reviewed by its technical team.

TRACES
The EU system where the DDS is submitted

We have submitted statements in its official test environment, with both point and polygon locations, and they were accepted.

WHO IT IS FOR

One platform for the whole chain.

Importers and roasters

Receive origin information from your suppliers already organised for your Due Diligence Statement.

Exporters

A single file that works for all your European customers, instead of a different format for each one.

Cooperatives

Turn the farm locations of your members into the evidence your buyers ask for.

TRACEABILITY

Every product tells a verifiable story.

Beyond the EUDR, the platform records the journey of each lot, from harvest to delivery. It works for any destination and any agricultural product.

  • Each stage is recorded with date, place and photos, and cannot be changed afterwards.
  • A QR code per lot, which your customer opens on a phone.
  • A space for the producer to tell their story in their own words.
LOSKI Trace seal, Origin Verified

The origin of each lot is recorded and can be checked in LOSKI Trace.
